4. Subscriptions & Payments

Paid plans are billed in advance on a recurring basis according to the plan and billing cycle you select. Fees are non-refundable except where required by law. Payment terms, including invoices and due dates, are described in your billing documents. We may change pricing with reasonable notice.

5. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, and software provided by Managematic remain our property or that of our licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. Ownership of deliverables produced specifically for you is governed by your separate engagement agreement, where applicable.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• use the services in violation of any law or regulation;
• attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems or data;
• interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the services;
• upload malicious code or infringing, harmful, or unlawful content.

7. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the services at any time if you breach these Terms or if we are required to do so by law. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

8. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

The services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Managematic shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the services.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above. Continued use of the services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
